Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced knitter, we have a class crafted especially for you! Our classes are small, 5 to 6 people, so that we can provide personal attention to each participant. We require all supplies for the class to be purchased from our shop prior to the class so that when you arrive at class, we are ready to go and begin the class.

We’ll look forward to seeing you in one of our upcoming classes! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the shop at the phone number and hours at the top righthand side of this page.

Class project samples are available in the shop.

All of the classes listed require basic knitting skills. You must be able to knit, purl, cast on and bind off.

A $10.00 non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your place in a class. This will be applied to the total cost of the class.

How do I register for a class? Call us at 717-625-4280, stop by the shop, or email us at

by Martina Behm Leftie Shawlette light background

This fun project is an asymmetrical scarf/shawlette that was designed to show off your favorite little leftovers of fingering/sock yarn. The entire project is knit in garter stitch. The tiny leaves are created by just a few short rows.

Purchase one hank of background color (about 420 yards); use dark or light background of your choice. Purchase or make use of as many or as few colors of left-over fingering/sock yarn as you prefer.
